Sunset Serenity 2 bedroom Apt in Olympic Park

Clean great location was disappointed with one key . Positive: Location and clean Negative: Just one key made it hard for a family to access in and out of the property

Unnecessarily stressful but would give them another go based on location Positive: The location was great, close to stadium for the concert we attended as well as shopping and food centre. Negative: The information was not given to us as to what tower we were located and it caused a lot of stress (hours to find where to go). We spoke to a staff member (cleaner) who had to speak to management for help as he also was confused and sent us to tower two assuming we might be there. We weren’t. We then had to rely on 4 people who did not speak English to help us (random locals) with a translation app. Thankfully we finally found a tower that our swipe would work on to allow us to go to the floor we were located on. Woohoo 2 hours after checking in and we could finally set our things down. However we then had to scrub our own bathroom as it was disgusting, hair on the tiles, gunk on the floor, drains blocked and unable to drain causing the water to pool so we had to then clean the drains ourself. The throw blanket was dirty, stickers on it and stunk. Coffee machine provided however not even a little milk provided and the coffee was not suitable for the machine. So totally useless. Cutlery in draw was dirty. We didn’t even bother using anything at this point. Trying to communicate with anyone prior to checking in was just as difficult. Tried the number attached to booking.com and she couldn’t help, tried the number she gave. No answer. Tried the secondary number on our checkin confirmation. No answer. We finally got the tower information sent through 4 hours after checking in. When concerns were raised they claimed they sent it the day before (even though the message is date and time stamped?) anyways overall I guess it’s all little things it just added so much unnecessary stress for something that was meant to be the opposite. You have to leave the tower and go around the back to access the pool but it was beautiful, clean and a welcomed experience. The unit itself was nice and the balcony view was beautiful with two nice chairs to lounge in and the location was exactly as described. We could walk to Qudos bank arena easily

Excellent stay, great location and wonderful service. Positive: Excellent location, a short walk to the Olympic Park Stadium and surrounding facilities. Access to an outdoor pool and gym. The host was available, easy to contact and very accommodating.
